⚡

Sub-3-second logging

Thumb-reachable controls, 6 / 10 / 12 quick-rep chips that log the set on tap, auto-fill from your last session, and your previous best at a glance. One-handed, between working sets.

🎥

1,028 video demos

1,190 built-in exercises, 1,028 with looping video demonstrations, and a perfect-form guide — numbered technique steps plus key cues — on every single lift. Got a coach's clip you prefer? Paste your own video link onto any exercise, built-in or custom. Unlocked with one payment, not a monthly toll. Browse the library →

🏋️

Volume math that's actually right

Body-weight-aware volume for pull-ups and dips, assisted lifts subtract the assist, two-dumbbell and two-kettlebell moves count both hands with a ×2 toggle you control, and planks and carries earn credit for time under load. Your body weight comes from your health app, so the math stays current without you keeping a number up to date by hand.

📋

Templates you can hand to a friend

Build your program, start a workout with one tap, and edit on the fly without breaking the template. Share any template as a file — AirDrop, Messages, Mail, Quick Share, whatever you use — and it opens straight into their TitanLog, iPhone to Android or the other way round, custom lifts included. Save any past workout as a new template, or hit Redo Workout to run a past session again with a clean slate. Push, Pull, and Legs are three separate routines, so a PPL split groups the way you train.

🔒

Local-first privacy

Full offline use, optional private cloud sync, no tracking, no data resale. Your workouts never reach our servers unless you opt in to the monthly report. Lock-screen redaction hides workout names from prying eyes.

⏱️

Designed for the gym

Big tap targets, Light / Dark / System appearance, a live rest timer on your lock screen — and the Dynamic Island on iPhone — a chime that cuts through your music, and a screen that stays awake while your workout is running. Pick a highlight color and it re-tints the app, the artwork, and even the home-screen icon.

💾

Your data, portable

Full-fidelity JSON backup and restore returns you to exactly where you were — every workout, set, template, and PR. Plus CSV and PDF export, and Strong or Hevy CSV import with fuzzy exercise matching, so your whole history comes with you.

❤️

Health sync, opt-in

Completed workouts write back to your phone's health app as strength training with an estimated active-energy sample — on iPhone, that fills your Apple Health Move ring. The only thing TitanLog reads in is your body weight, which keeps body-weight-aware volume honest. That's the single value it asks for — no heart rate, no steps, no sleep, no workout history.

🔢

Plate math for your actual rack

Tell TitanLog what's on your gym floor and every barbell lift solves against your real gear — a 45 lb bar with 45/35/25/10/5/2.5 plates, or a 20 kg bar with the metric set. Numbers are stamped in the unit your rack uses, so 135 lb comes out as one 45 per side. Each bar weighs what it actually weighs — straight, EZ, trap, and Smith are separate and all editable, because solving a trap-bar deadlift against a 45 lb straight bar puts it out by 15 lb. A live plate diagram sits on the weight keypad, loaded heaviest at the collar the way you'd load it yourself.

🌍

Six languages, in full

English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and Japanese — completely translated, switchable instantly with no restart, and enforced by a test that fails the build if a single string is missing.

Progress & PRs

The record of showing up.

Every set logged. Every pound earned. TitanLog turns your sessions into proof.

  • A summary the moment you finish — duration, volume, calories, sets, and every PR you earned, with one tap to save it as a template
  • Volume and heaviest-set charts per exercise
  • Calendar heatmap of your training history — tap any day to see the session
  • Every history row previews its exercises with the best set of each
  • Every logged set shows the total weight it moved
  • PRs flagged automatically: heaviest weight, estimated 1RM, max reps, best set volume, longest hold, longest distance, fastest pace
  • Big 3 quick-view pins your best bench, squat, and deadlift across all variants
  • Volume by muscle group over 30 days, 90 days, year to date, or all time
  • Calories-burned estimates written back to your health app — they fill the Move ring on iPhone
  • Body weight pulled from your health app — the one value TitanLog reads, and it keeps body-weight lifts accurate
  • The body weight each session was frozen against, shown on every history card and in the workout summary — with a trend line in Stats
  • Edit any completed workout — add or delete sets and exercises after the fact
  • Cancel your subscription and import your full history from Strong — or from Hevy
What's New

Version 2.9 is out.
Every update included, free.

You bought the app once. You get everything that comes after it — no upgrade pricing, no "Pro" tier appearing later. Every release comes to iPhone and Android.

Version 2.9
  • A monthly report in your inbox — early each month TitanLog sums up the last one: workouts, sets, volume, time, your top lifts and their trends, sets per muscle, and every PR.
  • A coach's take, written by AI — what went well, what to watch, and three things to focus on next. Every number in it comes from your own log.
  • Off until you turn it on — opt in under Monthly report, see exactly what gets sent first, and switch it off any time. Included with Full Access.
Version 2.8
  • Your PR gets a show — beat your heaviest weight and the screen celebrates with your new number front and center. Fireworks, rockets, a tank firing its main gun. It plays over the workout, so you keep logging, and it only fires on a real best.
  • 81 gym machines, named like the frame — commercial plate-loaded and selectorized machines, each named the way it reads on the machine. Every one has form cues, and most have a demo.
  • Less help counts as progress — on assisted pull-ups and dips, less assistance now ranks as stronger, and Beat it steps the help down.
  • Weighted lifts take weight — 25 loaded exercises, including weighted dips, gained their weight field, and hyperextensions count the plate you hold on top of your body weight.
Version 2.7
  • Your next set is already filled in — from the set you just logged, last time, or your template. Tap Log and it's in.
  • Every set against last time — an up, equal, or down arrow beside each set, and Beat it names the smallest step that tops last time.
  • Stats tells you what to train — consistency and your week streak, weekly sets per muscle against a 10–20 target, push/pull and upper/lower balance, and the muscles you've left longest.
  • A line for every PR — each record from your first to today, plus an estimated 1RM that flags a stalled lift.
  • Body-weight lifts get their credit — 130 exercises, from inverted rows to Nordic curls, now count the share of your body weight you actually lift.
Version 2.5
  • Rest starts from the lift — every exercise rests for its own time. A heavy squat gets 240 seconds, a cable fly 75.
  • One slider moves them all — scale every default at once without touching a rest you set yourself. Warm-ups rest half as long, and drop sets start no timer.
  • Choose how far a change reaches — this workout, this template, or every workout. Your history keeps the rest it was done with.
  • Faster with years of workouts — History, Stats, and the heatmap open instantly with two thousand workouts, Finish no longer pauses on records, and imports run in one pass.
Version 2.4
  • Plate math uses your bar — a 45 lb bar and real plates, so 135 lb reads as one 45 a side. Trap bar, Smith, and EZ bar each carry their own weight.
  • One pad for weight and reps — both numbers stay on screen, with 6, 8, 10, and 12 beside the keys for a one-tap log. Tap any logged set to fix it.
  • One-arm and one-leg work counts both sides — 47 lifts, from Pallof presses to barbell lunges.
  • Body weight on every workout — in the header, on every History card, and in the summary, with a trend line in Stats.
  • Import from Hevy — workouts, sets, warm-ups, drop sets, notes, and RPE, in the units you logged them.
Earlier
  • Version 2.3 — import a shared template straight from a file, even when a mail app strips its file type.
  • Version 2.2 — share any template by AirDrop, Messages, Mail, or Quick Share. It opens straight into your partner's TitanLog, iPhone to Android or the other way round.
